Share the location, current drawings, intended scope and the questions you are still working through. We discuss constructability, site access, sequencing and the information needed to develop the construction scope.
Your team brings the design direction. We bring construction questions into focus.
Coordinate dimensions, build-ups, adjacent finishes and service access against the current issued documents. Where samples, shop drawings or mock-ups are needed, agree what requires review and who will release it.
The architect and interior designer retain design and material-selection authority.
A useful question identifies the exact location, drawing revision and decision required. Proposed changes need a clear account of their effect on scope, cost and sequence, with approval before the affected work proceeds.
Design decisions stay with the design team. Commercial commitments stay with the authorized owner and builder.
