What we coordinate

Architects, engineers, and specialty trades. We work with the project's architects, interior designers, engineers, consultants, and qualified specialty trades. Professional design and engineering remain with the appropriate licensed professionals.
Construction management. Energize Builders manages field coordination, trade sequencing, quality control, communication, and the path from approved documents to completed construction.
Finish execution. Millwork, cabinetry coordination, trim, casings, surfaces, lighting interfaces, and hardware are planned across multiple trades as part of the whole home.
