Accessibility

We want people with different abilities and ways of browsing to be able to explore our services, work and construction information. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our accessibility target. Accessibility is part of how we design, build and review the website.

Use Tab to move through links and controls. A skip link at the beginning of each main page takes you to the content. Visible focus indicators show your position. Use Enter or Space for buttons, and Escape to close an open navigation panel or image viewer. Gallery controls provide keyboard access to different views. The inquiry form identifies required fields, explains errors and moves focus to the next step or a field needing attention.

Pages with animated studies offer a motion control. The site also responds to the reduced-motion preference on your device. Content remains available when motion is reduced or turned off. Videos have playback controls and are not a required introduction to the site.

Headings, labels and link text describe the content and actions. Captions and controls sit outside project photographs. You can enlarge text with your browser and use the site on a smaller screen. If a visual detail does not give you the information you need, contact us for assistance.

Our October 7, 2026 review included automated accessibility checks across the public pages at desktop and narrow-screen sizes, together with focused keyboard, form, text-spacing, reflow and motion checks. Automated checks cannot establish full accessibility or identify every barrier. We continue to review the site as content and features change.

Known limits and alternatives

We have not completed a screen-reader review of every page or verified complete captions and visual descriptions for every project film. Third-party video players may also have limitations. Written project descriptions and photographs are available without playing a film. If you need a film transcript, a description of a construction detail, help using the inquiry form or another accessible format, please contact us using the options below.

The accessibility button at the lower left opens optional text spacing, contrast, link highlighting and reduced-motion adjustments. Preferences are stored in this browser, on this device. They are functional settings, separate from analytics and session replay consent. If browser storage is unavailable, adjustments apply only to the current page. Reset adjustments returns these controls to their defaults; your device settings are still respected.
