The systems behind the room
Ventilation, moisture management, waterproofing, drainage, electrical loads and service access need coordination before finishes close the walls. We bring those construction questions into the planning conversation.
Material choices, carefully coordinated
Your interior designer leads the material palette. We help coordinate the installation details, transitions, build-ups and maintenance access with the drawings and specialist requirements.
Independent verification, defined early
Agree which performance questions will be tested, by whom and at what stage. Testing is undertaken by an independent third-party company and laboratory for the agreed scope. Reports should identify the conditions, methods and results; a wellness label alone is not evidence of performance or a health outcome.
Comfort considered as a whole
Daylight, lighting, sound and temperature each shape the experience of a room. The design team and relevant specialists define the requirements; construction brings their coordinated decisions together.
